Suh's High Performance Taekwondo Center's Tiny Tots (4-6 yrs.old)/ Childrens (7-9 yrs.old)/ Juniors (10-14 yrs.old) /Teen
(13-17 yrs.old) programs are designed to focus on the skill of
self-defense, the importance of self-improvement (i.e.discipline,
patience, and respect) and the value of physical and mental
fitness.
At
High Performance Taekwondo,
children are taught specialized exercises to optimize balance,
coordination, and physical fitness; efficient methods of
learning forms to improve focus and concentration; Olympic-style
punching and kicking techniques to learn self-defense; and
sparring to gain the edge on self-confidence. |

Our program is physically and mentally stimulating because of
the variety of exercises and age-appropriate activities. Our
reward system improves children's self-esteem and our confidence
classes enhance children's assertiveness. In addition, the
program promotes discipline, patience and respect. For example,
our activities channel children's aggression and our class
structure teaches children discipline. We teach principles and
values through simple exercises and routines, and you will see
for yourself the academic, social and personal changes of your
