J.W. Suh's High Performance Taekwondo Center's Adult Program
focuses on your specific needs. To begin, we all know and have
experienced the digressing aspects of bad habits. Therefore,

Our program's curriculum consists of progressive stretching and
cardiovascular exercises to maintain or lose weight. In
addition, the Olympic-style kicking and punching techniques help
